For the Wings

Bone-in, skin-on for best crispiness and flavor.

Cooking Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 360°F for 2-3 minutes.
Combine garlic powder, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl.
Pat dry the chicken wings using paper towels; coat them with olive oil.
Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over the wings and rub them thoroughly.
Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 12 minutes, then flip the wings and cook for another 12 minutes.
Increase the temperature to 390°F and cook for an additional 6 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Check that the wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F, aiming for 180°F-200°F.
Notes
Optional: Toss wings in your favorite sauce after cooking for an added flavor twist. For best results, love experimenting with seasonings!
