Ingredients

For the Wings

  • 2 pounds Chicken Wings Bone-in, skin-on for best crispiness and flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Can substitute with avocado oil.

For the Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Can substitute with fresh garlic.
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder Do not substitute with baking soda.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Kosher salt recommended.

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 360°F for 2-3 minutes.
  • Combine garlic powder, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl.
  • Pat dry the chicken wings using paper towels; coat them with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over the wings and rub them thoroughly.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 12 minutes, then flip the wings and cook for another 12 minutes.
  • Increase the temperature to 390°F and cook for an additional 6 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Check that the wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F, aiming for 180°F-200°F.

Notes

Optional: Toss wings in your favorite sauce after cooking for an added flavor twist. For best results, love experimenting with seasonings!
