Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish lightly with olive oil.
  • Combine chicken, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and garlic in a large bowl.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously on top.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
