Instructions
How to Make THE BEST Air Fryer Chicken Wings
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, ensuring each wing is evenly coated.
If using, sprinkle cornstarch over the wings and toss again until well coated.
Place the seasoned wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren't overcrowded.
Air fry the wings for 25-30 minutes, turning them halfway through.
While the wings are cooking, melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in your chosen hot sauce and white vinegar until well combined.
Once cooked, transfer the wings to a large bowl and pour the Buffalo sauce over them. Toss until every wing is well coated.
Plate and serve hot, optionally garnishing with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the wings before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
