How to Make Ranch Chicken Crock Pot
Optional: Sear Chicken - Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown.
Combine Ingredients - In your crock pot, mix together the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until everything is well blended.
Add Chicken - Place the seared chicken breasts into the crock pot and coat them thoroughly with the sauce mixture.
Cook - Cover the crock pot and set it on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Shred Chicken - Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crock pot using two forks.
Stir in Sour Cream - Add sour cream to the crock pot and stir it in just before serving.
