Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
Combine in a large bowl the ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, and any optional spices.
Form the meat mixture into balls, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, until browned and fully cooked through.
Prepare the sauce by combining cranberry sauce, BBQ sauce, sweet chili sauce, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, and salt in a saucepan. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Transfer the baked meatballs to the saucepan, coating them in the sauce. Allow to simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
