Ingredients

  • 4–5 whole cloves
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 slice fresh ginger (optional)
  • 1 stick cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil over medium heat.
  • Add whole cloves, and optionally add fresh ginger or a cinnamon stick for extra flavor.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 5–7 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  • Strain the tea into a mug.
  • Add lemon juice or raw honey if desired. Stir and enjoy warm.

Notes

Use this tea as a supportive wellness drink—not as a substitute for medical treatment. Adjust flavor with lemon or honey to taste. Avoid honey if managing blood sugar levels. Drink warm, ideally once daily for no more than one week unless advised by a professional.
