Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up into small pieces. Cook until the meat is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the prepared sauce mixture and continue cooking over high heat for about 2 minutes. If the sauce thickens too much, add a tablespoon of water.
