Instructions

Prepare the Pumpkin Base

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract.
  • Use a whisk or electric mixer to blend until smooth and well combined.

Create the Whipped Cream Layer

  • In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the vanilla yogurt until fully incorporated for a creamy layer.

Add Color and Whimsy

  • Divide the whipped cream mixture into separate bowls. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl (pink, purple, etc.) and mix until evenly tinted.
  • In dessert cups or a large serving dish, layer the pumpkin mixture and the colored whipped cream alternately, starting with pumpkin on the bottom.

Decorate and Serve

  • Finish with whipped cream on top and a sprinkle of edible glitter and sprinkles for that magical touch.
