Ingredients

Fudge Base

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Use good quality chips for best results.
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin purée Not to be confused with pumpkin pie filling.
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice Adds warm spices typical for fall.
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon Enhances the fall flavor profile.
  • 1/4 tsp salt Balances the sweetness.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract For added flavor.
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar Sifted for smoothness.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Stir in the pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla. Mix until fully combined.
  • Add powdered sugar and stir until the mixture is smooth and thick.
  • Pour the fudge into a parchment-lined 8×8 dish. Smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Add a sprinkle of chopped pecans or a drizzle of melted chocolate on top before chilling. Store leftovers in the fridge – they stay perfectly firm and flavorful. Wrap squares in parchment for a cute fall gift!
