Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 1 pound Chicken Breast Boneless
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For grilling
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

For the Broccoli

  • 4 cups Broccoli Fresh, cut into florets

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Cream Or Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice For brightness

For Serving

  • 2 cups Grains Quinoa or rice as preferred

Instructions

Preparation

  • Season the boneless chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
  • Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the marinated chicken to the skillet. Cook for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • While the chicken grills, toss in the fresh broccoli florets. Sauté them for about 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, cream (or Greek yogurt), lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, plate it over your choice of grains and fold in the sautéed broccoli. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the top and serve immediately.
