Instructions
Biscuit Preparation
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
Pour melted butter into an 8×8-inch baking dish.
Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
Stir in buttermilk and peach juice or syrup until just combined, then fold in diced peaches.
Pour the batter over the melted butter in the baking dish.
Lightly score the dough into 9 squares without cutting all the way through.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Cool the biscuits for about 10 minutes in the pan.
Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for the glaze; drizzle over warm biscuits.
