Instructions
How to Make Cherry Cobbler Muffins
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
In another bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until blended.
Gently combine the wet and dry ingredients without overmixing; fold in the cherries carefully.
In a small bowl, blend the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon with diced butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with batter and generously top with streusel.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool for a few minutes in the tin, then transfer them to a wire rack.
