Preparation Steps
Wash and scrub your potatoes under cold water. Cut them into bite-sized cubes, ensuring they are all similar in size for even cooking.
In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
Place the seasoned potato cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook them for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Once the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, transfer them to a platter. Add fresh herbs on top if desired, and serve hot.
