Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Mix gently until just combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and spinach.
Flatten the meat mixture into a large rectangle, spread the cheesy filling evenly, and roll it up tightly.
Place seam-side down in a baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
In the last 10 minutes, spread the marinara sauce on top.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Slice and serve with extra marinara sauce or sides of your choice.
