How to Make Zesty Bacon Cream Cheese Bagels
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced bacon, mayonnaise, sour cream, and hot sauce. Stir until smooth and well blended, then chill the mixture for about 30 minutes.
Carefully slice a thin piece off the bottom of each bagel for stability. Using your thumbs and a small knife, hollow out the center of each bagel.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly into each hollowed bagel, mounding the filling slightly above the edges.
Arrange the filled bagels on a baking tray and place them in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F). Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
