Instructions
How to Make Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters
In a large bowl, mix chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Use a tablespoon to create portions of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming approximately 10 clusters.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 1-2 hours, or until the clusters are fully solidified.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 15-30 second intervals, stirring until completely melted.
Remove frozen yogurt clusters and dip each into the melted chocolate using a spoon for full coverage.
Freeze again for a few minutes until the chocolate hardens. Serve and enjoy!
