Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Cook bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Warm the cooked chicken if using rotisserie chicken.
  • Prepare large lettuce leaves by cutting and washing them.
  • On a plate, place 2 lettuce leaves and spread half of the mayonnaise.
  • Layer on a slice of ham, warm chicken breast, and sprinkle cheese.
  • Top with another 2 lettuce leaves and spread remaining mayonnaise.
  • Layer tomato slices and crispy bacon on top.
  • Cover with the last 2 lettuce leaves, secure with toothpicks, and slice into quarters.
