Instructions
How to Make Blueberry Cinnamon Rolls
Warm the Milk to 110°F.
Activate the Yeast in warm milk for 5-10 minutes.
Mix Dry Ingredients: flour, sugar, and salt.
Add Butter and Yeast Mixture to dry ingredients.
Incorporate Eggs and knead for 5 minutes.
First Rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Make Blueberry Jam and let cool.
Prepare Cinnamon Filling by mixing butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Roll Out the Dough into a rectangle.
Form the Rolls and cut into 12 pieces.
Second Rise for 20 minutes in a greased pan.
Bake at 375°F for 28-30 minutes.
Prepare Icing by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
Ice the Rolls while still warm.
