Instructions
Making the Fudge
Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper. Lightly coat with non-stick spray.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, warm the sweetened condensed milk until just warmed.
Add the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, and butter; stir until fully melted and combined.
Stir in a handful of Christmas sprinkles.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle with extra Christmas sprinkles, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
Once set, cut into bite-sized pieces and serve or package as gifts.
Notes
Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Freeze for long-term storage up to 3 months.
