Ingredients

Fudge Base

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk no substitutions recommended
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips can swap for milk or dark chocolate
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix ensure it’s heat-treated for safety
  • 1/2 cup butter can substitute with margarine for dairy-free option

Toppings

  • 1 cup Christmas sprinkles any festive-themed sprinkles will work

Instructions

Making the Fudge

  • Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper. Lightly coat with non-stick spray.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, warm the sweetened condensed milk until just warmed.
  • Add the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, and butter; stir until fully melted and combined.
  • Stir in a handful of Christmas sprinkles.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle with extra Christmas sprinkles, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Once set, cut into bite-sized pieces and serve or package as gifts.

Notes

Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Freeze for long-term storage up to 3 months.
