Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it evenly, achieving about ¼-inch thickness.
While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle your chosen toppings generously over the surface.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let it chill for 1-2 hours, or until the chocolate is completely firm.
Once set, remove the bark from the parchment paper and break it into irregular pieces.
Store your Reindeer Bark in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for longer freshness.
