Instructions
How to Make Homemade Cranberry Brie Bites
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 24-count mini-muffin pan.
Chop the Brie cheese into small squares and keep them chilled until ready to use.
Mix together the orange marmalade and cranberry sauce in a small bowl until well combined.
Dust a flat surface with flour, roll out the crescent dough, and cut it into 24 equal squares.
Place the dough squares into the muffin cups, gently pressing them to form cup shapes.
Fill each cup with one square of Brie, followed by a teaspoon of the cranberry mixture, and top with your choice of chopped nuts.
Optional: Garnish with rosemary or candied orange bits on top.
Bake for 10-13 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown. Allow the bites to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
