  • 1 cup Whole Cranberry Sauce thick consistency
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Nuts (Pistachios, Walnuts, or Pecans) optional; choose favorite
  • Fresh Rosemary Sprigs or Candied Orange Bits optional for garnish

Instructions

How to Make Homemade Cranberry Brie Bites

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 24-count mini-muffin pan.
  • Chop the Brie cheese into small squares and keep them chilled until ready to use.
  • Mix together the orange marmalade and cranberry sauce in a small bowl until well combined.
  • Dust a flat surface with flour, roll out the crescent dough, and cut it into 24 equal squares.
  • Place the dough squares into the muffin cups, gently pressing them to form cup shapes.
  • Fill each cup with one square of Brie, followed by a teaspoon of the cranberry mixture, and top with your choice of chopped nuts.
  • Optional: Garnish with rosemary or candied orange bits on top.
  • Bake for 10-13 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown. Allow the bites to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes
