Instructions

How to Make Air Fryer Yogurt Custard Toast

  • In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, and egg until smooth.
  • Gently press the center of each brioche slice to create a small well.
  • Spoon the prepared custard into the wells of each slice and top with strawberries and blueberries.
  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Place toasts in the air fryer basket and cook for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Alternatively, preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake prepared toasts for 10-15 minutes until golden and set.
  • Once cooked, sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with honey or maple syrup as desired.
