How to Make Delicious Low Carb Philly Cheesesteak Skillet

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and colorful bell peppers, cooking for about 4-5 minutes until they soften and become fragrant.
  • Increase the heat to medium-high and add your chosen steak, cutting it into strips. Sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
