Instructions
How to Make Chocolate Covered Cranberry Sauce Bites
Prepare the Sauce: Open the can of cranberry sauce and slice it into approximately ½-inch thick discs.
Freeze: Place the cranberry sauce rounds on a lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 30 minutes until firm.
Melt Chocolate: Combine chocolate chips and optional coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in short increments, stirring until smooth.
Dip: Using a fork, dip each frozen cranberry round into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
Set: Return the coated rounds to the baking sheet and freeze again for about 30 minutes until the chocolate has fully set.
Serve or Store: Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
Drizzle additional melted chocolate on top for decoration before serving. Store in an airtight container for freshness.
