Form the mixture into 1-inch balls, ensuring they hold together firmly.
Roll each ball in grated Parmesan cheese, making sure they are evenly coated.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the puffs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Once out of the oven, optionally garnish with fresh chives or additional grated Parmesan.
