Instructions

How to Make Creamy Eggnog Jam

  • In a medium saucepan, whisk together eggnog, sugar, and cornstarch over medium heat until well blended, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring constantly. This should take around 5-7 minutes.
  • Once thickened, add nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the saucepan, stirring to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
