Instructions
How to Make S'more Bars
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan using cooking spray.
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a large bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pan.
Bake the crust for about 8 minutes, until lightly golden. Let it cool slightly.
Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the baked crust, followed by an even layer of mini marshmallows.
Return the assembled bars to the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden brown and puffy.
Cool the bars slightly at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 45 minutes before slicing.
Optional: Drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For a firmer bite, refrigerate or freeze for longer storage. Reheat individually for a warm treat.
