Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs Store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter Can substitute with coconut oil

For the Filling

  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips Semi-sweet or dark
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows Regular marshmallows can be used if cut

Instructions

How to Make S'more Bars

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan using cooking spray.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a large bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pan.
  • Bake the crust for about 8 minutes, until lightly golden. Let it cool slightly.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the baked crust, followed by an even layer of mini marshmallows.
  • Return the assembled bars to the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden brown and puffy.
  • Cool the bars slightly at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 45 minutes before slicing.
  • Optional: Drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For a firmer bite, refrigerate or freeze for longer storage. Reheat individually for a warm treat.
