Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C). Butter a 9-inch square baking pan.
Sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
Beat the cold butter, sugar, and orange zest in a stand mixer until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Mix in the flour mixture and sour cream alternately.
Fold in the cranberries gently and spread evenly in the prepared pan.
Prepare the crumb topping by mixing all-purpose flour, sugar, and cold butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle the crumb topping over the batter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
Cool in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
