  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs Mix with olive oil for flavor
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Optional, for added flavor

Instructions

How to Make Creamy Baked Brussels Sprouts

  • Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and halve them lengthwise. Rinse them well under cold water and dry thoroughly to ensure they roast nicely.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and milk. Whisk together until smooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more milk for the desired consistency.
  • In a small skillet, sauté minced garlic in a splash of olive oil over medium heat until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Stir it into the cheese sauce for an aromatic boost.
  • Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with the creamy cheese sauce, ensuring all sprouts are well-coated. Season generously with salt and pepper to bring out the flavors.
  • Pour the sauced Brussels sprouts into a greased baking dish, spreading them out evenly for proper cooking.
  • In a separate bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with a drizzle of olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese (if using).
  • Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the Brussels sprouts. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve hot.

Notes

Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
