Instructions

Steps

  • Cook the lasagna noodles in boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay the noodles flat on a towel to cool completely.
  • In a large mixing bowl, blend the shredded chicken with ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir in salt and pepper until creamy and well combined.
  • Spread a generous layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Take a cooled noodle, place about 1/4 cup of the filling on one end, and roll tightly. Place each roll seam-side down in the dish and repeat.
  • Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the assembled rolls, ensuring they are well coated. Sprinkle leftover mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  • Allow the rolls to cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
