Instructions
How to Make Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls
Begin by boiling lasagna noodles in salted water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain the noodles and lay them flat on a towel to cool slightly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is blended and creamy.
Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Take one noodle and roll it up with about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture.
Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolled noodles in the baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella on top.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Allow the Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls to cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
For added spice, sprinkle red pepper flakes before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
