Instructions
Preparation
Heat 1 cup of milk in a small saucepan until steaming, but do not boil.
Steep 2 tablespoons of loose-leaf Earl Grey tea and 1 teaspoon of dried culinary lavender in the warm milk for about 5 minutes.
Strain the mixture to remove the tea leaves and lavender, then let the infused milk cool completely.
Blend the cooled milk, 2 cups of vanilla ice cream, 2 tablespoons of honey, and the juice of half an orange until creamy and smooth.
Pour the milkshake into glasses and garnish with fresh orange slices and lavender buds.
Serve immediately to enjoy the best flavor experience.
Notes
Drizzle with honey before serving for an extra sweet touch. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the fridge.
