Ingredients

For the Shake

  • 1 cup milk swap with almond or oat milk for dairy-free
  • 2 tablespoons loose-leaf Earl Grey tea or 2 premium tea bags
  • 1 teaspoon dried culinary lavender ensure it’s food-grade
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream use homemade or plant-based varieties
  • 2 tablespoons honey adjust to taste
  • 1/2 orange juice fresh juice

For the Garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • Heat 1 cup of milk in a small saucepan until steaming, but do not boil.
  • Steep 2 tablespoons of loose-leaf Earl Grey tea and 1 teaspoon of dried culinary lavender in the warm milk for about 5 minutes.
  • Strain the mixture to remove the tea leaves and lavender, then let the infused milk cool completely.
  • Blend the cooled milk, 2 cups of vanilla ice cream, 2 tablespoons of honey, and the juice of half an orange until creamy and smooth.
  • Pour the milkshake into glasses and garnish with fresh orange slices and lavender buds.
  • Serve immediately to enjoy the best flavor experience.

Notes
