In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the honey.
Add the corn and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and lightly golden.
Stir in the cream cheese and continue to cook until melted and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
