  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 12 oz bag frozen corn (or fresh/canned corn, drained)
  • 2 oz cream cheese (about ¼ of a standard block)
  • to taste Salt & pepper

Instructions

Cooking

  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the honey.
  • Add the corn and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and lightly golden.
  • Stir in the cream cheese and continue to cook until melted and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve warm and enjoy that sweet, buttery goodness in every bite!

Notes

Add a pinch of cayenne or chili flakes for a spicy kick. Great alongside grilled chicken, steak, or baked ham. Try it topped with crumbled bacon or chopped green onions for extra flavor!
