Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 4 slices bread (white, sourdough, or Italian)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley.
  • Spread the butter mixture on one side of each bread slice. Place cheese between two slices, buttered side out.
