  • In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then stir in the milk and melted butter. Mix until just combined.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat until a drop of water sizzles.
  • Ladle the batter onto the heated skillet; cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve immediately with maple syrup, fresh fruits, or whipped cream.
