How to Make Keto Cloud Bread
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper or a silicone liner.
Separate the eggs into two bowls: whites in one bowl and yolks in another.
Blend the yolks with softened cream cheese and salt until smooth.
Whip the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites.
Spoon six mounds of the mixture onto the baking pan and flatten slightly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on the baking pan for 3-5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
