  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar optional but recommended

How to Make Keto Cloud Bread

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper or a silicone liner.
  • Separate the eggs into two bowls: whites in one bowl and yolks in another.
  • Blend the yolks with softened cream cheese and salt until smooth.
  • Whip the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites.
  • Spoon six mounds of the mixture onto the baking pan and flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool on the baking pan for 3-5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
