Equipment

  • 9x13 baking dish
  • Mixing Bowl
  • spoon or spatula
  • Oven
  • Aluminum foil if rolls brown too fast

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls (with icing packets)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • optional extra cream cheese frosting, for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour heavy cream into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Arrange the cinnamon rolls on top of the cream in the dish.
  • In a bowl, stir together the melted butter and brown sugar. Pour evenly over the rolls.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden and baked through. Cover loosely with foil if tops brown too quickly.
  • Spread the included icing over the warm rolls. For extra decadence, add cream cheese frosting if desired.

Notes

Substitute half-and-half or whole milk if you don’t have heavy cream. Cover with foil if rolls brown too quickly. For extra decadence, spread with cream cheese frosting after baking. Freezer-friendly too!
