These quick & easy cinnamon rolls start with canned Pillsbury rolls but taste homemade thanks to a simple hack with heavy cream, butter, and brown sugar. Gooey, soft, and bakery-worthy with almost no effort!
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour heavy cream into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Arrange the cinnamon rolls on top of the cream in the dish.
In a bowl, stir together the melted butter and brown sugar. Pour evenly over the rolls.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden and baked through. Cover loosely with foil if tops brown too quickly.
Spread the included icing over the warm rolls. For extra decadence, add cream cheese frosting if desired.
Notes
Substitute half-and-half or whole milk if you don’t have heavy cream. Cover with foil if rolls brown too quickly. For extra decadence, spread with cream cheese frosting after baking. Freezer-friendly too!
