Ingredients

  • 6 English muffins, split
  • 1 jar Prego pizza sauce (or any pizza sauce)
  • 1–2 cups Kraft shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package Hormel pepperoni slices
  • Optional toppings: black olives, green bell peppers, pineapple, sausage, bacon, mushrooms

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (or 400°F for crispier muffins).
  • Split the English muffins and place them cut-side up on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of pizza sauce onto each muffin half and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Top with pepperoni or other desired toppings.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and muffins are lightly browned.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!

Notes

For extra crispiness, pre-toast the muffins before topping. Let kids pick their own toppings to make it an activity as well as a meal. Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days and reheat in the oven to keep them crispy. These also freeze well before baking—perfect for make-ahead snacks!
