Instructions
Prepare the Cupcakes
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes until smooth.
Place cupcake liners in a muffin tin and fill each liner about two-thirds full with batter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick; it should come out clean.
Remove cupcakes from the oven and let them cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Frost the Cupcakes
Once the cupcakes are cool, spread a thick layer of chocolate fudge frosting on top of each cupcake.
Assemble the Witch Hats
Place a chocolate cookie on top of each frosted cupcake.
Stick a piece of candy corn on top of the cookie to complete the witch hat.

Store cupcakes in an airtight container for 3-4 days at room temperature. For longer storage, freeze them tightly wrapped and thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.
