  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder Ensure it's fresh.
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon Nutmeg can be used as an alternative.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt Balances flavors.
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil Coconut oil can be used.

Instructions

How to Make

  • Prepare Dry Ingredients: Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  • Mix Wet Ingredients: Combine yogurt, milk, egg, sugar, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  • Combine Mixtures: Add grated apple to wet mixture and fold in carefully.
  • Combine Wet and Dry: Gradually pour wet mixture into dry ingredients, stirring gently.
  • Heat Pan: Preheat non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
  • Cook Pancakes: Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Flip Pancakes: Once golden on edges, flip and cook until golden brown, about another 2-3 minutes.
  • Keep Warm: Cover finished pancakes with a kitchen towel to keep warm.

Notes
