Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of peanut butter and 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter until smooth.
Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, then gradually mix in ½ cup of powdered sugar until creamy.
Fold in 3½ cups of Rice Krispies until they're fully coated.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate or freeze the balls for at least 20 minutes until they are firm.
Melt 9 ounces of chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave, adding vegetable oil if needed.
Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
