Instructions
Preparation
Gather all ingredients and let them come to room temperature.
Warm mashed potatoes in the microwave if cold.
Moisten stuffing with broth if dry.
Mixing and Forming
Mix mashed potatoes, stuffing, and turkey in a bowl.
Season with black pepper and form into 12 golf ball-sized portions.
Cooking
Preheat oven to 375°F and bake for 10-12 minutes.
For frying, roll in panko and fry in butter/oil until golden brown.
