Instructions

Make the Potatoes

  • Prepare the Potatoes: Peel and quarter your potatoes, placing them on a microwave-safe plate covered with a lid to retain steam.
  • Microwave: Heat in the microwave for about 3.5 to 4.5 minutes until slightly tender.
  • Cool Down: Let the potatoes cool to room temperature.
  • Heat and Flavor: In a large skillet, combine butter and olive oil over medium-high heat, adding thyme and rosemary.
  • Cook the Potatoes: Remove herbs and add diced potatoes to the skillet with seasonings.
  • Sauté to Perfection: Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping every 2-3 minutes.
  • Taste and Serve: Adjust seasonings to taste and serve hot.
