  • 2 pounds Chicken Wings Fresh or thawed wings work best.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can be substituted with avocado or canola oil.

For the Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Adjust quantity if using fresh garlic.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Use smoked paprika for extra flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Use freshly ground for best flavor.

Directions

  • Rinse the chicken wings under cold water, then dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Set your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry the wings for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Ensure the wings reach an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F) before serving.
  • Let the wings rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
