Ingredients

  • 400 g heavy cream (14.1 oz)
  • 395 g sweetened condensed milk (13.9 oz)
  • 25 g pineapple-flavored powdered drink mix (e.g. Tang, Kool-Aid)
  • 5 tbsp powdered milk

Instructions

  • Chill your mixing bowl and beaters for 15–20 minutes in the refrigerator to help the cream whip better.
  • In the chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip.
  • In a separate bowl, stir together the sweetened condensed milk, pineapple drink mix, and powdered milk until smooth and lump-free.
  • Gently fold the pineapple mixture into the whipped cream using a spatula. Combine evenly without deflating the cream.
  • Transfer the finished mixture into a large serving dish or individual dessert cups.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set and chilled.

Notes

Chill your mixing bowl and beaters for better whipped cream volume. Mix the dry ingredients until completely smooth before folding into the whipped cream. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, ideally overnight, for the best set and flavor. Avoid freezing, as the whipped cream texture can break.
