Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the diced chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through (about 5–6 minutes).
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle boil.
Stir in the uncooked pasta. Reduce heat to medium, cover, and let simmer for about 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Garnish with parsley or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot!
