  • fine mesh strainer or tea infuser
  • mug cozy oversized if possible

Ingredients

  • 4–5 whole cloves
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1 slice lemon (optional)

Instructions

  • Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan or kettle.
  • Add 4–5 whole cloves and simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  • Strain the tea into your favorite mug.
  • Stir in honey and lemon if desired.
  • Sip slowly and enjoy the warm, spicy aroma.

Notes

Add cinnamon or ginger for extra spice and immunity support. Enjoy after meals to aid digestion, or with honey and lemon for a soothing cold-weather drink. Use whole cloves for easy straining.
