How to Make

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the pork sausage and bacon until crispy and browned, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy. Add in the milk, eggs, dry ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well until fully combined.
  • Gently stir in the cooked meat, frozen hash browns, and one cup of shredded cheddar cheese until everything is nicely coated.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the greased dish, topping it with the remaining cheddar cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 50-60 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Allow the casserole to rest for about 5 minutes after removing it from the oven. Serve warm.
