Ingredients

For the bake

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 lb sliced ham
  • 1/4 lb sliced salami
  • 1/4 lb sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 lb sliced provolone cheese
  • 1/4 lb sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained & sliced
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  • Unroll 1 can of crescent roll dough and press into the bottom of the dish, sealing the seams.
  • Add ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone, mozzarella, and roasted peppers evenly on top.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Pour half of the egg mixture over the fillings. Top with the second can of dough, sealing seams.
  • Brush the remaining egg mixture over the top.

Baking

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
  • Let cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing into squares or rectangles.

Notes

Press seams of crescent dough well to avoid leakage. Let cool before cutting to keep layers intact. Line the pan with parchment for easy removal and slicing. Can assemble up to 24 hours ahead—cover, refrigerate, and bake when ready.
