Instructions
How to Make Rømmegrøt

In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and kosher salt.
In another small saucepan, gently melt the salted butter over low heat.
When the milk reaches the desired temperature, add the melted butter to the flour mixture and stir until a thick paste forms.
Gradually fold this paste into the heated milk, stirring constantly until it begins to boil, then reduce heat and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Spoon the thick Rømmegrøt into bowls, drizzle with warm melted butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
